If the driver does not meet these requirements, the company may ask for higher deposit amount.
List of Required Documents
To rent a car, Ukrainian citizen needs to provide a passport and driver's license. To conclude a car rental agreement a foreigner must submit a passport and the International Driving Permit or a national driving license with the name and surname written in Latin letters.
Means of Payment
For your convenience, we offer various payment methods, including wire transfers (plus VAT). The payment can also be made in cash or by credit card.
The payment is made before the trip. The client pays the whole rental amount. If he/she wants to extend the lease, he/she will also need to make the prepayment for additional days. In the case of an early return, the payment is recalculated according to the actual time of car usage.
Besides rental payment, the client is obligated to make the deposit (excess) for the vehicle. It can be made by cash or credit card. In case the customer is using the card, the necessary amount is blocked for the period of lease. The deposit is refunded to the client, as long as the car is returned in good condition. The amount of the deposit depends on the class of the vehicle.
The client can also use the rental services without any deposit, but their costs will be slightly higher.
Number of Kilometers Driven
The daily limit is 250 km. However, the company only considers the total number of kilometers per the entire period of the lease, which means that if you took a car for 10 days, the distance you can drive during this period must not exceed 2500 km.

What Kind of Fuel Should Be Used?
In order to avoid car breakdowns and accidents, we strongly recommend refueling only at the official petrol stations like BRSM, OKKO, Marshal, WOG, Shell, Lukoil, Socar.
Where Can I Go?
Our clients are allowed to use rental cars on the territory of Ukraine, except Donetsk and Lugansk regions, as well as the Crimea. Traveling abroad is not allowed.
Who Can Drive The Vehicle?
The rental cars are supposed to be driven only by a certified driver who has a confirmation of his right to drive the vehicle of the given category. Rental strongly recommends authorizing all of the drivers with our managers.
Period of Lease
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. The period of lease starts at the moment of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the vehicle.
The car must be returned no later than 1 hour after the end of the last rental day. If the delay is longer than 1 hour, the late return will be counted as an additional rental day. As a result, rental fees will be charged.
All company’s cars are insured against damage or theft. They also have insurances of owner liability for land transport. So, as you can see, the company takes full responsibility.
Receiving and Returning Vehicle
The car can be picked-up and returned for free at the rental center during business hours. However, we also provide additional services such as:
Early hours or Late hours pick-up - 12 USD
Early hours or Late hours return - 12 USD
Car pick-up or delivery outside the office, within city limits - 15 USD
Car delivery to your address during business hours - 12 USD
We are happy to help you from Monday to Saturday - from 9:00 to 19:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
