I haven’t received my deposit refund. What should I do?
The deposit is collected to cover possible fines or damages but, according to company policy, it is refunded after the car is returned. Refunds are usually processed within a week, but sometimes banks may take longer to complete the transaction.
If more than 14 calendar days have passed since you returned the car and the deposit has still not arrived, please contact us at support@rentacars.kz
