How can I cancel or reschedule my rental?
We understand that plans may change — trips can be canceled, dates shifted, or cities changed. To cancel or reschedule your booking, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@rentacars.kz. In your message, please include your rental agreement number, personal details, and the new preferred dates.
Our managers will review your request and offer possible options: full cancellation, rescheduling without penalties, or finding another car for your new rental period.
